Flatirons Ranch has a rich history of falconry. Greg Hayes was introduced to falconry at the age of 8 and still fly’s his peregrine falcons on this ranch today. You can often see birds of prey on this ranch ranging from bald eagles, falcons and hawks.  Every year this ranch serves as a migration stop-over for many bird species such as the trumpeter swan.
